I am suffering from this "sickness" too. It's simple to explain ... I need a toilet that's closed for public and located inside a hotel room for example. If hospital stay is needed; I need a single bedroom with private toilet. Otherwise I can't defecate and I would die from a bowel occlusion. My family knows but never understood completely. This is really burdensome for my whole life! Good night for now!
