I am also a parcopresis sufferer and also have paruresis. The paruresis isnt really a problem. I just have to poop at night. I poop in the shower with the shower on. I cant understand my self. I dont care if anyone knows i poop. I can talk about it but incant do the deed. I have told my family but because of this problem i want tonlive alone the rest of my life. I live in holland and i hope that people will trynto contact me. I am 19 years old male and suffering for a few years. I didnt have this problem always
