It turns out I have pelvic floor dysfunction as a result of holding in the bathroom for a few years. I need to relearn how to relax my pelvic muscles when I use the bathroom. I am therefore not sure if I still have parcopresis or not, because all of the exposure work I did with CBT had me kind of straining to push things out and not relaxing.
Has anyone gone through this, and does anyone have advice?
