Thank you for your answer. I'm thinking of telling him about my problem as we previously joked about me not pooping. I don't think he's aware of the whole thing though, i'm pretty sure he would be understanding, but it's so unusual and i'm sooo ashamed... It's really weird though that suppositories don't work because Dulcolax is supposed to be a strong medication and it failed me at least twice under similar conditions. Does anyone know any other medication that REALLY forces things to move? I can't believe there's NOTHING out there for those emergency kind of situations. My trip is in 2 days and i'm very worried how it will go. I read an article about a girl in UK who actually died after not pooping for 4 weeks, some says she had this condition and also was mildly autistic.
