My first tip actually is being open and talking about it to friends/family/people you can trust. After having constipation issues I had to speak with a doctor and pharmacist about my issue. They asked about how often I go, etc, and I found this to be a bit rewarding. It's awkward but everyone poops.
My second tip is finding bathrooms that work for you. For me, I prefer a bit more privacy so I look for single unit toilets/1 person only. I knew my issue was people hearing me push so having that privacy/wall helped out a lot.
My third tip is if you have to go in public and its busy, take advantage of that. Last week I had to go early morning in a store and someone was drying their hands. The sound of either a toilet flushing or the hand blow dryer will quiet the sounds you make.
I also wanted to give everyone a bit of advice. Everyone poops. I poop. You poop. It's totally normal, healthy and ok! Don't hold it in because that can make your stomach more sluggish or cause issues down the road.
I will try to check this forum but feel free to reach out if you want some help. Even if it's simply emailing each other as pen pals or whatnot, I want everyone here to get better!
