Meant to reply to this earlier. I can hear how deeply fed up you are, and why getting a stoma might actually be an improvement in your life. I've never heard of anyone with parocpresis go down that route but I guess it's a possibility.

Do your friends and family know that you have severe parcopresis? It can be a difficult conversation but worth having. You'd find out which friends are decent friends, and that can be difficult. Especially as a young man.

If you do go down the stoma route let us know how it turns out in terms of quality of life improvement.
