Good Afternoon,

I am having trouble with some of the information and reports coming out inconsistently. Sometimes a score will show as a concern in the summary when other times the same score will show no concern. In addition, there have been three instances where I’m putting the rating scale information in and it comes out with no concerns identified at all for learners who present with significant concerns (according to past record and classroom teachers). Please help me troubleshoot this situation at your earliest convenience. I’ve checked the program on my computer and do not see an update or anything. I attempted to problem solve via the website and am not sure what to look for.
