Yes it is possible to be "a little dyslexic" and there are varying degrees of the disorder ranging from extremely mild to extremely severe. But just because your son is occasionally demonstrating such "characteristics" does not necessarily make him even mildly "dyslexic". It is very common for students (or even adults) to display "symptoms" of dyslexia without really having an identifiable learning disability. Probably 75% to 90% of all students occasionally experience issues similar to those of your son. If it only happens once in a while and does not seem to cause significant educational difficulty, then I wouldn't worry at all about it.
