Talked to Foltz about this, number of factors.
participation is 1 of them, if the divisions are offered. How do you expect them to trust you to bring a team all the down to Fl for probably the biggest tournament around, if you can not bring a team to an Indiana Tournament 10-35 miles away. They definitely will check how much you played Money nat compared to USSSA, foooo shoooooo..
