Cedar beat the #1 team in the nation, USSSA is 25 times larger that One Nat.
They bet them twice, no comparison with NHF.
Cedar will dime NHF any day. They dimes JB3, who won a One Nat D tournament also.

One should definitely be bumped in One Nation. You could make the case that NHF shouldn't be bumped in One Nation, but maybe do what they used to and force them to play up every tournament (At least one) before they play state.
