Not be public. People piss and moan way too much as is. I think there should be a max amount of times one can appeal to play down in their career individually of like 4-5 and team wise of 2 or so. You play the game to play the best you can not just to win. Playing lower never makes anyone better. Just makes people who should be up have bloated egos! They go to a max number of appeals system and that should be public!

Reread the original post. We want to know who all applied and who got approved and who got denied. We have the right to know who we will be facing next year.
