We are gonna take a picture on diamond 2 at or around 7.50 to commemorate the 1st Turf tournament in the Metro Indy/majority of Indiana area that will be placed at the park. If you want to join this piece of history, you are welcomed to do so.

We are using the Baseball Field for 3 games, that is diamond #8 on the bracket.We are not putting up temp fences for 3 games, unless they are already up.If you hit a HR on that field, you probably should not be in that class😂
All the cameras are hooked up for games to be watched on usssa live. Have to have a paid subscription. FB live is allowed for this tournament, if my Umpire allows it.

Sports park does have a gate fee. cash only- be 5-7.00. Please have exact change. This is now the Premium Privately owned facility in the Midwest. Please adhere to all rules,I only have a few weekends to run here,I do not want to lose those.
No Alcoholic beverages can be brought into the park .No bottles..........
The Concession stands finally take cash and credit cards. There is one in the front and one in the back.
No dogs are allowed, unless service dogs.
Absolutely NO gum, Sunflower Seeds, Metal Spikes, or any form of tobacco products on the
turf fields. This will result in immediate ejection from the park, no warnings. Any ISP staff can eject you for that. Please do not come running to me if this happens.

The park might have USSSA/GSL league balls for sale, they will be LEAGUE type balls.
Substitutions must be announced..
Coaches, you only need to check in with me , if you have not paid or have any questions. You do need to get your players there early for bat testing. As the line can get pretty long.

Bat testing:
We will be testing in the front diamonds or in the office.
1 bat per player and only 1. If one fails you get 1 more chance. We only test a bat 1 time, 1 side etc.
All bats must have the designated sticker at all times, if you enter the box w/o a sticker and caught, an out will be declared and the bat must be re-tested.
All bats must be 240 stamped. Even if we test a 220 bats and you are caught in the box or hit with one, you will be declared out. It is your responsibility to provide our tester a legal bat to be tested.
Please remove all your old stickers. Use goo gone or peel them off.
If we test a bat that is what we consider, ridiculous, we may cut it or sand off the stamp, they are illegal to use in any USSSA/GSL play. Keep them in the trunk.
It is the players responsibility to retrieve a failed bat, once your team is eliminated.
We may spot check bats.

There is zero tolerance for any Unsportsmanlike actions with anyone, anywhere in the park, especially the Umpires. We will not tolerate excessive arguing calls, etc.
Any player kicked out of a game, will sit their next game, that will move to the next tournament if necessary..
Anyone sitting out due to being ejected or sitting out from a previous tournament, can not be in the dug out, bleachers or anywhere near the field..

Paid berth to 1st and 2nd place to Florida or GSL Worlds for both divisions.

Rosters:
All players must be online and in eligible status..
Please get this done. I can only help with Indiana rosters.
Indiana teams are only allowed 3 drops and 3 elites- or a combo of that number. meaning 2 drops and 4 elites, etc. I can not control what other states allow. We were done discussing player's PR's after jan 31st.
They are what they are, they got there how they did.
Rosters will lock on Friday at 7.00 PM...
