To be considered, you must:
* Pass a background check. We are the only association that adheres to Safe Sport guidelines, which requires all umpires and directors to pass a background check.
* Be responsible with money. The position involves handling fees and other monetary transactions.
* Be able to schedule events at parks in the designated area.
* Be able to follow the rules and regulations of Indiana USSSA/GSL and the national organization.
