This is rec and E teams below .500 if E teams are allowed, then their D drops are allowed. Based on teams, not players. Also, keep in mind those E teams are below .500 WITH their D players. You people sound scared

Technically no D rated players should be allowed in Rec state. Rec is a class lower than E class. So by allowing D players to play on a REC team you are allowing D players to drop two classes. So in that Theory B players should be allowed to play in D states and A players should be able to play C states. You get my point here. By rule you can’t drop two classes and play.

Pretty sure all D drops have to be approved by Foltz. Typically doesn’t approve of them unless they’ve already been playing on the team all year.
