I think that’s just called being grown adults, you know talking about the situation addressing it and resolving it, most yall are grown ass men that are 30+ talking about lovers quarrel, just shows the maturity level of what type of person you are in that situation when you and a friend/fellow team mate have a disagreement, no wonder most you dudes talk shit in slowpitch y’all act like high school girls….. softer than cotton I tell ya
