Welcome to the USSSA/GSL Battle for the Bucks. We appreciate your choice in selecting USSSA/GSL for this weekend's event. Please find below the rules for Saturday. All games will take place at Canes Midwest Sports Complex,10440 US Hwy 136, Brownsburg, In. Please note, they do have hitting cages, tunnels, the rules are posted by the cages. They or may not be available. This is a brand new turfed facility. Np pets or alcohol are allowed in the park. The tournament bracket was published yesterday on USSSA.COM. Coaches please check in in the office. We only take cash in an envelope with team name or venmo ( Richard-Foltz-7) the day of the tournament. Only legal USSSA/GSL balls are permitted—Stadium balls are not allowed. We will have some Hi Core- balls available for purchase at a rate of $80 per dozen. There is no uniform requirement for this event. - Pitching-USSSA- Toe the rubber. - Home Runs: C V C 5hr/outs/DHH C V D- 4hr's/DHH/outs D V D-- 3hr's/DHH/Inning ending E- 1hr-Ie/DHH C V E- 3 Hr's/DHH/ie Same for Men/Women/Co-ed Equalizers: Men and Co-ed Lower class gets 3 runs Women Lower class gets 2 per class Courtesy runners 1 time per inning anyone on the roster, and it is mandatory for the pitcher to have a courtesy runner anyone from the roster. Rosters must be submitted online and must be in eligible status. Rosters lock Sat-4am Bat testing will be conducted by Lacy in the office, limited to USSSA legal 240 bats, it is the players responsibility to provide the tester a legal bat. Each player is allowed one bat, which must display the sticker at all times. Any additional bats tested per player will incur a fee of $5.00 each after 1 PM. The office is located near diamonds 1-3. Please no tobacco products, seeds or chewing gum on the turf. We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash in the designated receptacles. Maintaining the quality of these premium facilities is essential, especially when comparing adult tournaments to youth events. Note that no bottles are permitted in the park, as liquor is sold on-site. There are two concession stands available. We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding unsportsmanlike conduct. Any player ejected for such behavior will be ineligible to participate in the following game. A gate fee of $5-7.00 is required, cash only. Please inform the players and spectators. Prizes for the tournament are as follows: Men's C/D Paid Berth to the winner if it is a C team wins it and the highest D team gets a paid berth. C team must win it all to get anything. If a D team wins they get 800.00 cash. E winner- 900 cash- unpaid berth Womens- 400.00 cash Co-ED- If a D team wins, they get a paid berth and highest E team gets 350.00.
