We extend a warm welcome to all players, coaches, and fans attending the USSSA North World in Columbus.
Below are several reminders and regulations for the weekend:
All games will take place at Lincoln Park.

There is a gate entrance fee of $7.00, cash only. Please ensure you have the correct change.
Dogs are permitted on a leash only.
As this is a city park, please consume alcohol at your own risk.
Balls:
We will supply 3 balls per team upon your manager's check-in. The balls will be the Dudley Thunder composite ZN Model number 4u554. This is the only ball permitted for this World event. All teams will use the same ball. We will have some available for purchase; if you have your own, that is acceptable.

Uniforms:
Shirts must have different numbers. Please be aware that this deviates from the National rule; other World events require matching jerseys.

Rosters:
All players must be online and in eligible status. Rosters lock Thursday at 5pm...
If your team has not paid the fee is 475 Sat- Cash or venmo.

Double elimination format will be used.
There will be 2 umpires assigned per field for the World event.

Substitutions must be announced prior to execution.

The home team will maintain the official book. I recommend that everyone keeps a book. The coach at the plate will serve as the official coach for any issues arising during that game.

There is a zero tolerance policy regarding Umpires, other players, fans, etc. Any player ejected for unsportsmanlike conduct will be ineligible for their next game.

Courtesy:
Any player on the roster may be 1 time per inning.
I used the mandatory courtesy for pitcher all year, it will not be used for this World(That is a State Rule)

Bat Testing:
Please be present by the office for bat testing—1 bat per player.
Only legal 240 bats will be accepted. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the sticker remains on the bat at all times.
We will retest the final 4 teams, and those bats will be bucketed or brought to the field.

All other rules will adhere to the National rule book or Indiana State Rules.
This is a World Tournament, not a cash tournament. The prize package is as follows:
1st place - Rings and a solid sponsor award.
2nd place - Sponsor award.
3rd place - Sponsor award.
4th place - Sponsor award.
