Here are the important guidelines and rules for the weekend:
**Location:**
All games will take place at Northwest Park, 1600 W Judson Rd, Kokomo, IN 46901.
**Important Reminders:**
- Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
- Please refrain from parking on the grass.
- There is no gate fee.
**Brackets:**
You can find the brackets posted on usssa.com. We appreciate your understanding as we’ve had to make a few adjustments quite a few times.
**Balls:**
BYOB (bring your own ball) - any legal USSSA/GSL ball. Please note that we will not have balls available for sale.
**Event Type:**
This is a straight USSSA event, and there will be no DHH.
**Courtesy Rules:**
- Anyone on the roster may courtesy one time per inning. This is mandatory for the pitcher anyone on the roster. The pitcher can not be a courtesy runner.
**Home Runs:**
**Men’s C/D:**
- C vs. C: 5 HRs/Outs
- D vs. D: 3 HRs/IE
- C vs. D: 4 HRs/Outs (D team gets a 3 spot)
**Men’s E:**
- 1 HR/IE
**Women’s:**
- 2 HRs/IE (D vs. E Team, E team gets a 2 spot)
**Co-Ed:**
- D vs. D: 3 HRs/IE
- E vs. E: 1 HR/IE
- D vs. E: 2 HRs/IE (E team gets a 2 spot)

**Bat Testing:**
Please arrive early for bat testing. Each player may bring one bat. It's your responsibility to ensure your bat is a legal 240 bat to be tested and with a sticker that must be visible at all times. We reserve the right to remove or modify the USSSA logo on any bat if needed. The person presenting the bat will be recorded. Boyd will be in charge of testing.

**Uniforms:**
There is no uniform rule for this event.

**Curfew Situations:**
If we approach curfew, we reserve the right to expedite games as necessary.

**Prizes:**
**Men’s C/D:**
- C team must win it all to receive $400.
- The highest D team wins $700 and a set of custom jerseys from Crown. Should a D team win overall, they earn $1,000.
- An unpaid berth will go to the highest C and D team.
**Men’s E:**
- Winner receives $1,000 and a set of custom jerseys from Crown.
**Women’s:**
- D team winning it all earns $400.
- Highest E team wins $400. If an E team wins overall, they take home $700. Over all winner receives a set of custom jerseys from Crown.
**Co-Ed:**
- D team winning it all receives $450, while the highest E team also takes home $450. The overall winner will receive a set of custom jerseys from Crown. If an E team wins it all they get 900.00

**Rosters:**
Rosters will lock at 8 PM on Friday for Men's and Women's divisions, and at 8 PM on Saturday for Co-Ed. All players must be online with waivers completed and invites accepted.

**Conduct Policy:**
We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding unsportsmanlike conduct. Any player ejected for such behavior will be ineligible for the following game.
