I will be doing a session on Leverage, Technique and lifting Strategy, Tyson Meters will do Unequipped PL Training including sets, reps and meet preparation and Jamie McDougal will cover Power Sports Training (exercises, sets, reps, etc), Nutrition and weight control/loss. After the seminar all those in attendance will be allowed to ask any and all questions they may have and we will allow personal, one of one technique and training questions.
More later. The event will be on Friday before the competition begins on Saturday. Make sure to plan to be at the meet location as early Friday as you can. The preliminary start time will be around 3 pm. This is NOT set in stone yet.
