NASA Colorado mourns the passing of our brother in iron, Tim Rickett. Tim passed after an extended battle with pancreatic cancer. Tim had a huge bench (over 400 pounds at 181 BW)and an even bigger heart. Tim was a great lifter and a great teacher/coach he was always bringing new lifters to compete in Colorado meets. Tim was an amazing competitor sometimes lifting in a meet a day or two after finishing up a round of chemotherapy. He was a true inspiration, a true NASA supporter, and a true friend. He will be missed. I know that he is brightening Heaven with his always smiling face and his boundless energy and joy.
Please pray for his wife and daughter.
