Re: Curl routine?
Not to hijack this completely, but do you think set-up is varied on body-type? For instance, I've always hated the close grip curl. I have no leverage mid-way through, and its agonizing to my elbows. Probably can't do 110 like that. Then the wide grip/split stance setup lets me curl body-weight, even though ppl have said it's "wrong". Do you think its just weird leverage differences?
Kinda cool that the all-time American record holder (and world record holder too i believe?) is sharing advice.
