I doubt you have two right hand carbs fitted, so the left carb is probably L300 932?
<The bike is a Bonneville T120 1970 with a MORGO 750 CONVERSION. Could some one please tell me what the needle size and possition should be, the jet sizes, and roughly how many turns out from stop the mixture screw or pilot jet should be set at.>
"300" is the generic build number for the 900 series Mk1 Amal-so carbs stamped "300" are usually assembled to suit a particular application, also 32mm 932 Mk1 carbs were never a standard Bonneville carb size, so unless somebody here also has a 650 Bonneville fitted with a Morgo kit and 932 carbs then I think it's going to be almost impossible for anyone to give you a definitive answer.
