Time both cams to 105 deg lobe centers or as close as you can get.
"Scimmed" head is a bad thing, upsets rocker geometry and you may have to shorten pushrods to avoid avoid valve stem /valve guide wear.
You will also possibly encounter issues with pushrod tube height, this can be compensated for with use of appropriate section viton "o" rings at the top of the pushrod tubes rather than gasket kit supplied rubbish.
Get that wrong and you will bend the head and blow the head gasket between the cylinders.
Depends on head deck height but:
Perhaps better to use a .080" head gasket and 9:1 pistons, that and the cam timing described above should get the clutch slipping and you can then return for more advice.
