Stainless retro style T140 V rear fenders 10% discount to Notice Board users this week!
split the cases today, a lot easier job than I thought.Anyway what started as just a kickstart jam has turned out to be a left hand rod seized at the big end on the crank!
Still to get the crank out of the r/h case but the rest of the old girl looks in great nick.
Can't get understand what caused it, me thinks it must have something to do with the spin on oil filter I fitted to the down tube infront of the back wheel prior to the seize, checked the routeing of the oil lines and all are correct and I did check that I was getting return flow at the top of the down tube.
Any ideas welcome.I don't want to put my baby back together and have the same issue.
I will pull the sludge trap when I get the crank out.
Cheers
