The hoses have been replaced so I can rule that out. This morning I took the feed/return manifold off to see if maybe when it was soldered together some solder may have partially plugged it but it was clear. However this has the newer style manifold that exits 90 degrees out of the manifold then loops around to the return hose (a bad idea in my opinion). The holes in the manifold at the 90 degree point were poorly matched.I took the manifold apart and cleaned up the holes up and enlarged the hole to the size of the gasket hole. Put everything back together and ran the bike. Now after running and draining the sump I am down to just under 200cc so it did improve.
It almost seems the return hole in the case between the pump and the manifold is too small and restricting it there. Maybe the old style straight manifold without all the turns would help the flow.
I'd like to get it down to 100ccs or less but may not be able too get much better. Any other ideas?
Thanks Ron
