i paint all my tanks with rattle cans.If using a mettalic,use a grey primer or even a coat of silver before the colour coat.Keep spraying and let dry before another coat.Several coats of clearcoat laquer to finish.Just note that petrol spills will go right through this paint.The best make of paint i found is Hi-Cote acrylic.Larger cans have more pressure and volume.Small cans are alright and you might use 3 small cans on a tank if lucky.Look up mrstupid on youtube and see the results.All the same T120 but in different colours.
