Bruce is right, there are only two systems, fuel and spark. Pull the plugs, crank it over and have someone watch to see if they are sparking. You could also have a bad kill switch on the dash, disconnect it at the magneto and see if that give you a spark. If you have both fuel and spark then your timing may be off. That is something that just doesn't go bad by itself though.
