Well It looks to have been taken on an Olympus TG-320 using an Fstop of/ 5.1 with an exposure time of 1/100th of a second. Seems as though the Flash was set to Auto and you had a 0 step exposure Bias.Also It looks as though the Digital zoom was around 1.4
Judging by the light colour and orientation of the Sun the Photo was taken around 3 or 4 days ago, Maybe the 11th and it was close to 5 pm. maybe 4:45 pm?
