I have a predator and have caught some decent size fish on it, from rays to large school sharks. It handled them well. Well suited to a four ounce sinker and a kinda slow easy OTG cast. Still seems to get out there with my Kilwell or Solaris, maybe a few metres short. But whats a few metres to a fish.
