Isnt it amazeing that people who know so much about casting cant be bothered to read the rules properly. Rule 12 Reads as follows/ N.Z.RECORDS.N.Z.Records can only be set at the three regional sanctioned N.Z.A.C.A. events and the N.Z.A.C.A. Nationals. These events will all use Electronic approved measuring equipment with the presence of at least two (2) officers or committee members who are not personally involved in the cast.
As for the proper casting board not being in place once the previous Casting Convener sends all of the material he has to the present Casting Convener then all should be up to scratch and these days will be run in a much more professional manner. I donot know or have not been told of any Casting Record that have been back dated. If you could attend one of these days you would then know how they are conducted.
