If you take a couple (or more) of large 2 litre plastic soft drink bottles, fill them with water and freeze them, you will be surprised how long they will keep a chilly box or chilly bag cold. Wrap the bait in plenty of newspaper, this makes brilliant insulation, and remember only take out what you will use, keeping the rest very cold. This works for me and will keep bait fresh for a surprising length of time.
