That was the plan but looking at the SST's now and the chlorophyl image shows there is some very nice blue water pushing near the north eastern side of the penninsular. Water on the southern side and in Hawkes Bay looks pretty green and not ideal for Tuna. Whangawehi puts me within 10nm of where I want to be.

What's the deal with that little boat harbour? Will I be able to get back in on a low tide if I set off from there?
