Hello everyone: Just had a week in the ARC camp at Tauwharanui, north of Warkworth. Lots of pannies off the beach after dark, good fun, and good breakfasts. Question? her,who has to be kept happy wants to take our small caravan to Coromandel. 4-5 days at Coro. town camp ground and another 4-5 days at Hahei on the east coast. How do I get a caravan across to the other side, are the roads ok? My "Surfcasting X Spot" book doesn't tell me a lot about the fishing in either spot, but if "you don't watch Coro. Street, what else is there to do? Any advice appreciated, either on the condition of the roads, or surfcasting possibilities. Thanks.
