Just bought a vacuum packing machine for about $80, now with my bait all I do is split it up into several packs, and vacuum pack them, chuck them in the freezer and use them as I need them. I always use bait cotton on pillies, my technique involves rapping them in cotton prior to putting them on the hook, I find they are a lot more durable this way.
