From what I was told by a few local boys, there was a reasonable amount of fish caught, but thats to be expected at Tahanui as is would easerly be the best place to catch fish during the day.

Heviest snapper was around 1.2kg from memory, Almost 20 weighed in or so.

Plenty a kahawai and rays in sharks n gurnard ect....

There is a $4000 comp in Matata this weekend also.
