How many Fish and Chip shops serve up Snapper? And at what cost?. What a bloody muppet!. I am told that you can buy Fresh Snapper whole over in Australia at the fish Markets cheaper per kg than what we can here, now whats with that?. It bugs the shit out of me that when a commercial boat exceeds its quota on Snapper it gets penalized as deemed value (a portion i believe of what it would normally recieve per kg). Yet they still keep catching it . Why can it not be taken off of the nexts years quota allocation?. I haven't caught a Snapper since the end of May, think i best go out and catch one before there all gone into the fat cats net bag
