yeah I was on the north side of the Tukituki river mouth on sunday morning with some mates and kids, the boys went home because it was pretty quiet but I stuck around, luckily! ...had to bribe my 3yo son with chocolate when the kahawai showed up coz he had had enough. nice when it all works out like that, choice day out, mammoth walk back to the car loaded with rods bags child and fish tho!
