Yeh mate we did about the same, 2 gurnard at Blucks pit, ky at waikokopu. Took jetski up, 2km. off blacks, nuhaka bar, nothing. 2km. off oraka, clean sea, 3 spineys. Surfcasters round us had dry days also. Boats getting snaps out from snapper rock few days earlier, but fish were scarce for them over the weekend. Good weekend tho and the gurnard were sweet. Where can I get anchovies?
