Hi there Fringsy, 1st Wednesday every month at 7.30 at the Napier Fire Staion Taradale Rd.(around the back by the pool) you can park on the grass on the right hand side.
The snapper don't know where the car park is!
Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.
