I am about to head back to Aitutaki where i can stand in warm water while I fish. Our fishing there is all sport fishing. Lures on the spin rods and plenty of fly fishing. On a recent trip we caught 22 species on our weeklong visit. That keeps it interesting. Premier species are the bonefish and the giant trevally. Both of which reack world record size there. I have caught 8 trevally species so far and I am always on the lookout for more. Its winter up there now and temperatures are dropping to 22 degrees at night. The locals will have their woolies out but we will put up with it.
