Fishing the harsh west coast beachs and spending most of the fishing time in the surf I have come to the conclusion that we are lacking in this country a true surf reel that will stand the rugers and conditions we expect of it.
I used to use the mitchell nautells and found them fantastic and for me I had no issues with them unlike other users of this reel. Since I have retired them after 10 years of ubuse lol I have found nothing that will stand up to what I expect of a reel. I love Daiwa and have top of the range sultigas but will not put them on the west coast. Over the last 90 mile comp I went through 3 quality reels and have had enough.
Now its time for a Zeebaas.
The question is where the hell can I get one in this country hahahha. anyone got one for sale.
