Coat him or her in flour. Fry in butter. Leaves snapper for dead. It is a known fact that any bottom dweller type of fish tastes the best. Gurnard, rig, turbot, flounder, sole. So sweet and delicate. Of course it is obvious why. Crab is their main diet. Now crab tastes real sweet ah Charlie. So any fish that feeds mainly on crab, well they are the best.
