Two sessions on the beach today Team. Too bloody rough to fish. Biggest sea's I have seen for yonks down here. Pendulem with five ounce lead (bare) hit one out 166 yards (no wind) so starting to get out there, seems to improve each day. 154 yd was my previous best. Also practiced the Uni-tech, OTG and another new one I got onto. "The Sleeper" (Aerialised Uni-Tech).

This is such an easy cast to master, non dangerous, and takes the cake, if you want to keep your lead of the ground, but not do a pendulem. Man it really does send the lead out there. Ole Fatty Boy claims 700 feet in bare lead casting I believe him. It is such a simple cast and fun to perform.

Yep up and out, who cares if ya got a bit of slack line to wind in to feel sinker weight after cast lands.

Man I am having a ball. From a 80 yard thumper to 166 yard. Now that is improvement.

Tried these improvements to the thumper, and yep they worked too. (Just wanted to see)

I must admit I was going to reply to the "How Close) thread. If the guy is bugging ya well lay into a high swing pendo, sure to get him moving along the beach .

    Cheers Trev
