Took kids to school and then of to the beach to soak up some rays and enjoy a spot of fishing..no pressure as its wife vs hubby. 10am to 1pm and total was hubby=1 crab (hey I caught something) and wife (much to her disgust) caught a decent snapper only to lose it to faulty gear(knot failed). We even saw its head in the surf which made it all the more fustrating when it and line parted company. Needless to say got harassed by wife and tommorrow will be spent retying all rigs just in case, while trying to earn more browny points What a great start to 2 weeks holiday. Hope the weather holds out. At least the tides are at a reasonable hour.
