    Been sitting in the frigin rain for the past 6 hours !! Watched a long line pull in two lemons over two sets while I droped about half a dozen stikes, nothing snappery, caught few kahawai and a frigin cuta !!

    Moral of the story; dont go fishing in a 20kt southerly and rain !grrrrr

    On the bright side, wind was just starting to turn, and the sea is very clean considering the pounding from the weather, looks mint as....... So mohaka and north should be fantastic tomarra.

    There have been a few biggies off waikare caught in the boats in very shallow of late, so worth the effort if you have a quad.
