The website is only providing data for the area in regards to moon, tides, sun, etc. I have to rely on my brother and relations up there to tell me the best spots! and trial and error. 7 days will tell. I may catch nothing! Charts help to find the holes too. Nothing wrong with trying to understand the bigger picture though huh? Bill Hohepa and the Maori and many indigenous people go by lunar stuff so we may as well try everything we can, I say. Fish are unpredictable but the more we know the better we are prepared...My friend who takes me out on his boat is a pilot who knows a a lot about weather etc and it all helps. Luck still plays a big part - and that is what makes fishing fun!!! It's so unpredictable. All good. Thanks for your reply.
