As we all know not all knives are created equally so was wondering what brand you guys use, or would recommend. At the moment was looking at the Victory brand, they have a good longstanding rep with meat and fish processing plants. Obviously I want something good, nothing worse than catching a nice fish only to ruin it by using a poor knife.
