It was blowing a gale and pouring of rain here last night [Monday] with large swell running on Matakana Island which I can hear it from my house this morning [and I am not even that close to the ocean]! So at least good timing weather-wise for KWC this year. Cheers to everyone who attended [except that cheating sand stuffing half wit] & I am looking forward to the 2013 comp. Hopefully the mini kahawai would have grown up a bit by then !
