Yeah its easier up here in the BoI, but reality is its still hard to get to areas or anywhere without a boat. We have to travel sometimes an hour or more to find a beach we can fish from. Still, any little rocky outcrop around here at the moment appears to be spitting out fish of edible size. Its quite different for me after suffering in Wellington for 14 years and not being financial enough to go far to be able to find really good water.
