    Hi there HB Fisher. I use a variety of end gear but most of the time it is a pulley rig. I choose them for distance and accuracy. At times a two hook leger rig (sinker at bottom and two hooks on droppers) gets used for moki and red cod. This allows two different baits to be used but is susceptible to crab attacks.
    Set up some bobby cork rigs and slide baiting rigs and you pretty much have it covered. The only other rig is simply a hook on the end of your line and a big castable bait.

    Dont forget to fish the winter. Here in Hawkes Bay there are some awesome surprises for those who fish through.
    eg. Pania Club record snapper was caught in the middle of July. 14.40kgs.!!!!!
